Morgan & Morgan, the largest personal injury firm in the US, retained Benson & Bingham to refer all of their Nevada cases. This expands the jurisdiction from Southern Nevada to Reno, and all of Northern Nevada.
Benson & Bingham Retained in Beverage Truck Accident
Benson & Bingham was retained to represent an accident victim crushed by a beverage truck leaving the Bellagio hotel and casino. The injuries sustained included a right ankle compound fracture, fractured kneecap, torn meniscus, pelvic and lumbar injuries and major head trauma including 30 stitches to the four head. The law offices of Benson & Bingham are specialists in major car accidents.
Fall 2016 Television Campaign Set
Benson and Bingham begins work on their upcoming television campaign set to air in the fall of 2016. The campaign will focus on the Clark County market. The new slogan of “better service, better attorneys…we make it right!” coincides with their ongoing efforts of being the best and highest rated law firms in Las Vegas, as they were once again voted one of the top personal injury law firms by Las Vegas Magazine. Mr. Benson stated,

Benson & Bingham -Downtown Office Upgrade
The Benson & Bingham – Downtown Law Office will be undergoing a exterior renovation in conjunction with the city of Las Vegas’ special redevelopment program which emphasizes energy efficient retrofits and visual improvements consistent with the Downtown redevelopment plan.
The office will be getting a new electric LED sign, along with solar panels generating 100% of the energy needs of the building, and state-of-the-art air-conditioning systems. Architectural elements including copper and iron work will be implemented into the existing structure. Construction will begin in August 2016.
