Joseph L. Benson II, Esq. of Benson & Bingham orchestrated a successful double verdict against American Access Insurance and their insured in Clark County District Court today. The insurance company would not offer even the medical expenses for an accident that occurred in 2008 when their driver blew a stop sign. The short trial verdict came in at a combined value of over $25,000 for the landscapers who were hit in their work truck and suffered neck and back strains. Mr. Benson is undefeated in the Clark County Short Trial Program
