The Bellagio Hotel and Casino ordered to pay $22,086.00 for guest who was struck in the head with an ice bucket in the Bank nightclub causing a laceration on her forehead. The California resident and nightclub patron retained Benson and Bingham to handle her matter. The hotel argued she ran into the bucket denying her any compensation. This case continues the streak of wins against Vegas nightclubs for the lack of care that continues to pervade and fester with nightclub management and their support staff.
