Las Vegas Widow Files Sawsuit Blaming Endoscopic Center for Husband's Death

The first wrongful death suit against the endoscopic center of Nevada was announced last month in Clark County. Janice Cromwell, a 57 year old retired hotel maid claims her husband was killed due to contracting Hepatitis C during one of his visits to the clinic. Her husband, James Cromwell, died from fatal liver disease which she claims were a result of dirty syringes at the Endoscopy Center of Nevada.

Mrs. Cromwell claims it was only after the news broke of patients from the Endoscopic Center of Nevada possible being exposed to HIV or Hepatitis C that she deduced her husband's cause of death. So far, both the Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada and Desert Shadow Endoscopy Center have had patients' claim they were infected by dirty vials and/or syringes at both locations.
