Ben J. Bingham, Esq. resolved quite a few cases this Fall. In the first case, a passenger on a RTC bus was unloading a passenger and she fell injuring her leg. That leg was subsequently amputated, and the the victim later died due to complications of the injuries.
In another case, a car passenger that passed a tractor trailer causing it to lose control, rolled on the freeway causing permanent and disabling back injuries.
