Mrs. Kay is a pre-litigation paralegal responsible for the day-to-day handling of cases including initial consultations, client communication, initial correspondence, property damage assistance, policy limits assertions, software input, report running, case tracking, case management, demand drafting, disbursements, processing health insurance, medical liens and overall pre-litigation production.

Cassidy has over 20 years of experience in Personal Injury law. She consistently gets rave client reviews for her customer service. She is also a primary pre-litigation trainer for new employees, and has an intricate knowledge of the criminal and civil court system. Cassidy is married with a baby girl, and enjoys spending time with her family and close friends.

In charge of client trust accounts, disbursing of client funds, Medical/Medicare and Medicaid liens. Spanish translations and preparation and filing of all Court Mandated Claims to Compromise a Minor’s Claim.

Alumni of Advance Technologies Academy, three years of college, and legal assistant certificate from UNLV. Three years of legal experience, customer service award from the Latin Chamber of Commerce, and currently enrolled for my final year at the University of Phoenix. She enjoys spending time with her daughters, Adryana 3, and Jazmin 6, attending school functions; she loves going to the gym and doing Zumba!

Amy joined Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC in 2009 and works primarily in the litigation department. Amy’s tasks include drafting of pleadings, responses to written discovery, collection of medical and billing records, production of discovery documents, scheduling of depositions/appointments, retaining experts, and trial preparation.

Amy has over 25 years of experience in the legal field. She began her career as a file clerk and now manages over 75 litigation files. Amy brings her experience from having worked for the “dark” defense side for 9 years to helping injury victims prevail on the “bright and sunny” plaintiff’s side. She possesses excellent insight into cases and a mastery of Nevada civil procedure rules.

Amy is married with three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending their sporting events, and is the proud wife of a U.S. Army Soldier.

Goharik moved to Las Vegas from North Hollywood, CA and has lived in Southern Nevada for over 20 years. She graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice in 2012, and subsequently received her Certificate in Paralegal Studies in 2013. She previously worked at Nordstrom’s for over five years as assistant manager and a sales associate prior to joining Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC. In addition, Goharik has an indescribable love of animals, owning four dogs herself. She has been married for eight years, loves to learn new things, and is always up for a challenge. Bilingual in Armenian and English.

Heather began working in the legal field in 2000, starting out as an office assistant in a Probate and Estate Planning firm. She worked her way up to legal assistant and then paralegal. She also has experience in creditor bankruptcy, foreclosures and short sales. But Heather has found her passion in personal injury litigation. She has continued to develop her skills and expertise as a paralegal. Heather joined Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC in December of 2013. She has over eight years of experience in personal injury on the side of the Plaintiff. She loves helping clients and thrives on doing her best every day.

Heather’s main responsibilities are client communications, drafting pleadings, responding to written discovery, scheduling, case management of over 75 files, and helping the attorneys as needed.

Heather is married to a soon to be CPA and has two young boys. So needless to say she is very busy at home as well as the office.

Rebecca Hellman, Office Manager, is responsible for supervision, operations, employee management, human resources and payroll at the Downtown, Summerlin and Henderson offices. She is also in charge of tracking performance for all member staff at Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC.

Rebecca is a graduate of the William F. Harrah UNLV College of Hotel Administration, and has spent more than 20 years working in Las Vegas in the capacity of hospitality management. Her professional experience includes Human Resources, Sales, Event Coordinating and Spa and Salon Management in both Austin, TX and Las Vegas. Her professional passion is creating a welcoming and positive work environment that fosters teamwork with a constant focus on elevating the client experience. She enjoys working out, road trips, quality time with friends and family and playing the piano.

Peter handles all mail, correspondence, and faxes by scanning and indexing documents to three main servers integrating the information network of the firm. Mr. Kornilov also is the office liaison to the major investigating police agencies: LVMPD, NHP, NLVPD, HPD, and other police departments. Petr runs the shuttle to both offices as well. Peter is bi-lingual in Russian and English. Peter has his degree in engineering from the Moscow Institute of Radio Electronic & Automatic Systems. He has four years in building management experience. Peter Enjoys America and all that it offers and recently become a United States Citizen. Congratulations Peter!

Bernadette has been in the personal injury field since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science and is currently a full time student pursuing her PhD in Political Science in the fields of Comparative Politics and International Relations at UNLV. She is an avid human rights activist and humanitarian, so helping people is not only important to her, but is a passion. She carries this in personal injury too since she has always wanted clients to feel like she cares not only about their cases but with what is going on in their day to day life as well. Bernadette is bilingual in Assyrian and English.

Kimberly was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV but is very rooted in her Colombian background, where she attended school as a child. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and understands Portuguese fully. This is her first time working in the legal field and she is loving it! She is part of our Intake and Reception team, ensuring clients are guided in the right direction and making sure all necessary documentation is obtained to start a case. Kimberly is an animal lover, and has a deep passion for helping all animals in need. In her free time she enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.

Paul Hyman, Marketing Director at Benson & Bingham, brings over 15 years of experience as a certified marketing professional and brand strategist. He has successfully led major branding campaigns for Fortune 500 companies and multi-national product launches, specializing in growth strategies, team empowerment, data analysis, and innovative solutions. His expertise spans SEO/SEM, advertising, publicity, strategy, writing, social media, and business development. As a certified Predictive Index Analyst, Paul combines creativity and business acumen to drive measurable results and lead high-performing teams across multi-channel initiatives.

Paul’s career includes roles in branding, marketing, content management, and business development, and he’s contributed to prestigious publications like Forbes and Medium. He’s also the owner of two businesses: Artchway, an eco-friendly art retailer, and Brandelux, a marketing marketplace. Known for his entrepreneurial mindset, Paul emphasizes strategic planning, relationship building, and consumer retention to strengthen brand authority and achieve revenue targets. His experience managing marketing efforts for multi-billion-dollar firms and now for Benson & Bingham showcases his adaptability and drive.

Outside of his professional life, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their four children in Summerlin. They love hiking, traveling, cooking, and creating lasting memories with friends and family.

Isabel is a new addition to the Downtown office. She was born in Edingburg, Texas but moved to Las Vegas at a very young age. Mrs. Salazar helps with document retrieval and bills and records. She is fluent and Spanish which is a great asset for our firm. She always comes to work with a friendly smile which is inviting for our clients. On her free time she enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and her son.

Michelle was born in California, but moved to Argentina at an early age. She grew up in Argentina, graduating from St. Jorge College in Rosario Province of Santa Fe at 18 years of age with a major in business administration. She was also very interested in pursuing a legal career, and attended law school there.

Michelle moved to Las Vegas in 2002 where she started her career in the legal field. Helping people with their legal needs has always been something that greatly interests her. She has worked as a bilingual pre-litigation case manager for over 10 years, assisting attorneys in pre-litigation cases, from the very beginning of the claim throughout settlement. When not working, Michelle enjoys free time with her daughter and family.

Elizabeth Garcia’s profile is a narrative of a dedicated legal assistant whose professional journey and personal interests weave together to form a rich tapestry of life. From her Las Vegas roots to her role at Benson & Bingham, she exemplifies growth, service, and care for clients. Her shift from juvenile and family defense to personal injury law reflects her adaptability and drive to expand her expertise. Outside of work, Elizabeth’s love for painting, reading, and time with friends reveals a well-rounded personality that balances a demanding career with creative pursuits. Her journey is a testament to resilience, creativity, and the value of community.

Heidi was born and raised in California and move to Reno, NV when she was 14, which she now calls home. Heidi joined our reception team as her entry to working in the legal field. She is the first impression our firm and ensures all clients and potential clients are met with a confident and friendly face. She is bilingual in Spanish and able to translate for attorney and clients. Heidi also assists the case managers and intake team. She is true asset to our Reno office.

In High school, Heidi played Lacrosse for 2 years and volunteered at a horse rescue sanctuary. She graduated from TMCC with an Associates in Criminal Justice, while working full-time. She is currently attending UNR to obtain her Bachelors in Criminal Justice. Her goal is to practice law and become an Attorney. During her free time she enjoys working out, traveling, horseback riding, and snowboarding. She also enjoys spending time with her Husky, who also enjoys going snowboarding with her.

Kimberly is our newest legal assistant and works out of our Downtown office. Kimberly has several years of legal experience, and after taking some time off to raise her two children, she has found her way back to the field. She was born and raised in Vegas and enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family. She is a proud mother of two and brings those caring and nurturing qualities of being a mom into her role at Benson & Bingham. She is eager to help others and always willing to learn new things and take on more.

Nellie was born in the Bay Area, California and recently moved to Northwest Reno with her son. Nellie graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and obtained her Bachelors Degree in Film Production.

Nellie is the newest Case Manager and works out of our Reno office. She is very excited to join our Reno team. Nellie has 16 years in the movie industry as a Production Coordinator, 5 years in hospitality from the Ritz Carlton Lake Tahoe. Nellie most recently spent the last 4 years as a legal assistant in Estate Planning in Truckee, California.

During her free time Nellie enjoys going to the movies, cooking, spending time with her son and Goldendoodle.

I was born in Lancaster, California but have been living in Las Vegas since I was 10 years old. I graduated from Spring Valley High School in 2022. I have been working since the age of 15 and have been improving my customer service skills since then. This is my first time being in the legal field, and I am grateful to have this chance to learn new things! In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with my dog, hanging out with my friends & family, and traveling.

Aridai is a mother of 2 young boys. Her professional background has been in the medical field. Prior to making Las Vegas her home, she worked for 2 years in internal medicine. Aridai has always loved helping people and making them feel better. After having her first son in 2014 she moved to Las Vegas and was a stay-at-home mom, arguably the hardest job she has had. After one year of staying at home she decided to get back into the working world. Aridai began working in a Chiropractor’s office where she committed 8 years of loyal service. Following the birth of her second son she was ready to grow and take on a new challenge. Benson & Bingham Accident Injury Lawyers, LLC has provided that opportunity. Having no legal background has afforded her an opportunity to learn and expand her knowledge, while continuing to provide the nurturing client care that she’s wired to do. Aridai is looking forward to what the future holds for her at Benson & Bingham!

Andrea was born and raised here in Las Vegas, NV where she attended Southeast Technical Academy for high school. Here she had the opportunity to major in cosmetology and get her hair design license. Before starting with Benson & Bingham, Andrea was working at a dermatology office for 2 years helping patients feel welcomed and cared for. With a desire to continue learning and take on new challenges, she made the move to join the Benson & Bingham team. Making this move into the legal field has allowed her the opportunity for more growth and she is forever thankful! In Andrea’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her dog on walks, and practicing acrylic nails and facials!

Jenni was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Since Jenni was very little she has always found interest in the show Forensic Files & enjoyed reading books about Psychology where years later she then Graduated from Durango High School and immediately started college to pursue the criminal psychology field. Before Jenni started starting with Benson & Bingham, she was working with contractors and bringing business in by building personal relationships with clients & visiting jobs sites where she assisted picking out the designs for. Making the change to work for the B&B team, in the short period of time she’s been there she has found comfort and contentment. She is most excited for the growth and skills she will receive on going her time here. She loves her team! On Jenni’s free time she enjoys reading, visiting the park, cooking, and most importantly spending time with her family.

Tiffany Dulin is an aspiring legal professional who is embarking on an exciting new chapter in her life. She plans on attending college to pursue a degree in law. Tiffany comes from a Filipino background and is from a very family-oriented household. She has lived in Las Vegas her entire life but travels to San Diego often to see family. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with my friends, trying new foods, and going hiking.

Driven by a formative early experience with legal assistance, Jhovanny pursued a path dedicated to law, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2024. He approaches the legal field with a belief in the importance of capability, integrity, and justice. Joining Benson & Bingham in early 2025, Jhovanny is enthusiastic about beginning his legal career and is committed to serving clients with diligence and empathy.

Originally from El Salvador, Jhovanny moved to the U.S. at age four and grew up in Las Vegas. He values family deeply, marrying his high school sweetheart in 2023 and welcoming a daughter in 2024. Together, they enjoy exploring the outdoors, particularly national parks. Jhovanny is also an avid reader of history, literature, and fiction, viewing compelling stories as valuable tools for understanding humanity and developing character.

Prior to formally joining the legal field, Jhovanny developed essential professional skills in communication, client interaction, and technology through previous work experiences. He brings these abilities, along with fluency in both English and Spanish and strong writing skills, to his role at Benson & Bingham.

Ofelia is the Summerlin office Receptionist and the friendly face you’ll see when you visit this location. She has worked in the legal field for six years and is responsible for warmly and professionally greeting all existing and potential clients, taking all inbound calls, as well as numerous other office task. Ofelia has a beautiful daughter Allie and enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and of course shopping. She is eager to learn new thing and always up for an adventure.
