Benson & Bingham was established in the Fall of 2003 and is comprised of Joseph L. Benson II, Esq., and Ben J. Bingham, Esq. In addition, we recently launched our Nursing Home Negligence Center of Nevada, dedicated to helping retired citizens understand and uphold their legal rights.
