“They basically came right at us and attacked,” said the injured Las Vegas dog’s owner, Karen Rowe. While neither Ms. Rowe nor her husband had seen the attacking dogs or their owners before the incident, they believe they had emerged from a house in their neighborhood. Animal control officers have approached the home and left their contact information. Injuries to Ms. Rowe and her pet have been deemed life threatening, however, the woman has incurred significant cost outlays including health care for her and her pet.
