The man who stands accused of these crimes, a 27 year old who had been previously arrested in Las Vegas for kidnapping, coercion, pandering and sexual assault, was finally captured by police in Studio City in California, following a manhunt in multiple states. Though those previous charges, from 2010, had been dropped at the time, witnesses have since come forward and the man had been booked again in April for robbery and several counts of sexual assault related to that previous booking. He now stands trial for murder related to this wrongful death and injury accident in Las Vegas.
