Responsible for Plaintiff personal injury litigation files, trial assistance and preparation, legal research, calendaring, law and motion writing, case-specific discovery, expert communication and coordination, detailed file management, document/pleading preparation, medical and billing records management, correspondence with clients, doctors, experts, counsel, etc. and all knowledge of all other aspects to litigation in Nevada State & U.S. Federal District courts. She currently manages over 75 cases and possesses a mastery of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure. Ms. Case is a Certified Paralegal and has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with over 10 years experience in the legal field. She has assisted in various trials with million dollar verdicts and multi-million dollar settlements.
She is the Benson & Bingham downtown supervisor and IT liaison for the computer networks linking the Benson & Bingham offices; a Journalism Education Association National Award Recipient for Story & Caption Writing; and is a former graphic designer for various charities & chambers of commerce in Nevada, California & Arizona.
Interests include pina colada's, dancing in the rain, not being into Shakespeare and having half a brain. Just kidding....Real Interests include family, fun, travel, reading, good conversation, and expanding her knowledge of the law and culture.

Amy joined Benson & Bingham in 2009 and works primarily in the litigation
department. Amy tasks include drafting of pleadings, responses to written discovery, collection of medical and billing records, production of
discovery documents, scheduling of depositions/appointments,
retaining experts, and trial preparation.
Amy has over 14 years experience in the legal field. She began her career as a
file clerk and now manages over 75 litigation files. Amy brings her experience of having worked for the “dark” defense side for 9 years to the help injury victims prevail on the “bright and sunny” plaintiff’s. She possess excellent insight into cases, and a mastery of Nevada civil procedure rules.
Amy is married with three children. She enjoys spending time with her
family, attending their sporting events, and is the proud wife of a U.S. Army Soldier.

Handles all mail, correspondence, and faxes by scanning and indexing documents to 3 main servers integrating the information network of the firm. Petr also is the office liason to the major investigating police agencies: LVMPD, NHP, NLVPD, HPD, and other police departments. Petr runs the shuttle to both offices as well. Petr is bi-lingual in Russian and English. Petr has his degree in engineering from the Moscow Institute of Radio Electronic & Automatic Systems. He has four years is building management experience. Petr Enjoys America and all that it offers.
