Amy L. Sulanke
Litigation Paralegal

Amy joined Benson & Bingham in 2009 and works primarily in the litigation department.  Amy tasks include drafting of pleadings, responses to written discovery, collection of medical and billing records, production of discovery documents, scheduling of depositions/appointments, retaining experts, and trial preparation. 

Amy has over 14 years experience in the legal field.  She began her career as a file clerk and now manages over 75 litigation files.  Amy brings her experience of having worked for the “dark” defense side for 9 years to the help injury victims prevail on the “bright and sunny” plaintiff’s.  She possess excellent insight into cases, and a mastery of Nevada civil procedure rules.
 
Amy is married with three children.  She enjoys spending time with her family, attending their sporting events, and is the proud wife of a U.S. Army Soldier.

Business Accounts Administrator / Legal Assistant

Mrs. Kay is responsible for day-to-day handling of pre-litigation cases including initial correspondence, property damage assistance, policy limits assertion, software input, report running, case tracking, case management, demand drafting, and overall pre litigation production.

Cassidy has eight years of experience in Personal Injury law and is very hands on. She consistently gets rave client reviews for her customer service and prides herself on her work. She is also a primary pre-lit trainer for new employees, and has a intricate knowledge of the criminal and civil court system.

Cassidy is married with a baby girl, and enjoys spending time with her family.

Petr handles all mail, correspondence, and faxes by scanning and indexing documents to three main servers integrating the information network of the firm.  Petr also is the office liason to the major investigating police agencies: LVMPD, NHP, NLVPD, HPD, and other police departments.  Petr runs the shuttle to both offices as well.  Petr is bi-lingual in Russian and English.  Petr has his degree in engineering from the Moscow Institute of Radio Electronic & Automatic Systems.  He has four years in building management experience. Personal Injury Case Manager, 15 years of experience, bi-lingual in English and Spanish.  Responsible for pre-litigation personal injury files, providing outstanding customer service and case management for all of our clients.  She handles property damage claims on behalf of our clients, medical and billing records management, prepares demand packages and assists with the settlement process.

Ana services the front office of our downtown location addressing client needs, opening personal injury claim files, and performing legal assistant duties.  She maintains Spanish bi-lingual skills and often will interpret legal issues between the client and attorney. Ana carries a background in the legal field with prior work experience as a civil litigation assistant. She demonstrates a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.

Ana is a hard worker, fast learner and determined to succeed in the legal field. She adapts well and is always ready to face and conquer new challenges.

Lina Sadovnikaite, J.D.
Litigation Paralegal

Lina is a first class paralegal who plays a vital role in our litigation department. Lina graduated from Law University of Lithuania and continued her education at William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas achieving her Juris Doctor. She maintains a vast legal background from her previous employment with the Government of the Republic of Lithuania reviewing government regulations, directives and drafting advisory opinions. Thereafter, Lina took the position of Legal Assistant with the District Prosecutor's Office of Vilnius City where she was responsible for managing cases. Upon moving to the United States, she obtained a law intern position with a local firm for 9 years. We were fortunate to find such a talented individual for our firm who shares a deep passion for injury victims. Lina's principle duties include: Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, petitions, arbitration briefs, and correspondence for both federal and state courts. She coordinates multifaceted office functions encompassing court calendar management and various scheduling, participates in client interviews, attends mediations and arbitrations, presents case summaries to the attorneys, manages case discovery, and preforms legal research along data analysis.

Lina is also fluent in Lithuanian and Russian. Lina carries a positive attitude and is able to accurately accomplish multiple tasks at on time.

Drafts motions, briefs, Complaints, and written discovery. Graduated from UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law in 2010. Passed the Nevada Bar Exam in 2010. Graduated from Arizona State University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science degree with a Major in Justice Study and Minor in Political Science. Hometown: Bay Area. (Avid Oakland Raiders fan). Enjoys competitive "Mudders" and team sports and is a group fitness instructor.
