The injury attorneys at Benson and Bingham are pleased to announce their first settlement for wrongful death in a Vioxx drug case. “Our case is over five years old, and we are pleased with the class action settlement given the serious risks of prosecuting these types of cases given the outcomes of previous jury trials. Our client suffered the huge loss of her husband, and all the triggers pointed at the Drug as the clear culprit in Mr. Martinez’s death. There will never be closure on her loss, but at least she has closure on the litigation.” |
